How to Register and Prepare


Registering for the camp is straightforward. Interested athletes should contact KOMBAT TAEKWONDO Colorado through their official channels or click here to register. Training camp will be held on Saturday, April 11th and Sunday, April 12th, with 10am start time. Early registration is encouraged to secure a spot and receive any preparatory materials.


To get the most out of the camp, athletes should come prepared with:


  • Proper training gear including sparring equipment

  • A mentality geared towards continuous learning and exceeding boundaries

  • Physical fitness test will be held first thing Saturday morning. Please bring comfortable clothing for that portion of the camp.

  • All athletes are required to wear their full uniform or uniform pants with the camp t-shirt to maintain uniformity, ensuring a sharp appearance for any Martial Kombat photoshoot.


Arriving well-prepared will help you focus on improving your skills and absorbing the training content.


What to Expect During the Camp


The camp will run through intensive sessions that balance physical training and tactical learning. Expect drills that challenge your endurance, sparring rounds that test your strategy, and detailed discussions on competition rules.


Athletes will also undergo physical fitness tests to benchmark their current condition and track improvements. Physical fitness test will consist of 1.5-mile run, push-ups and sit-ups for time. Follow by .5-mile sprint and medicine ball overhead press for time, finishing with a 400-yard obstacle course for time, these tests help tailor training to individual needs and ensure readiness for competition.


The camp’s structure encourages active participation and feedback, allowing athletes to ask questions and receive personalized advice.
